Cudham Hall

A 19th Century Stately Mansion was converted into elegant apartments, which necessitated an extension to the existing grand staircase. The regal colour of the carpets enhance the authentic panelling and original balustrade. The balustrade was discreetly adjusted at design stage to meet with current Building Regulations.

This impressive feature traditional staircase was manufactured with a mild steel carcass which incorporated the support work for the panelling. We were extremely pleased with the outcome as the finished staircase, effortlessly appeared to have been in situ for a century or more! Our joinery shop also supplied the panelling and mouldings for replication elsewhere in the property. The panelling and hand carved handrails from Mahogany are both products of our joinery.
