Explanation of our Payment Terms

 

Dear Clients

Our Payment Terms are as follows:

Order to be accompanied with a 30% deposit. The first payment covers, surveys, design, calculations and fabrication drawings.

Upon approval of drawings, we request another 30% to procure materials.

Upon completion of fabrication and prior to installation, we request another 30%.

Once installation is complete, we request the final 10%.

Any variations to the contract are incorporated into the account and will be shown upon our statement that accompanies our invoice.
