The 120 122 Richmond Hill Project
This Project consists of two U-Shaped staircases. The design has been mirrored, one in each neighbouring property. The two staircases are created using lime washed white oak and hot coated bronze with an applied patina finish; simulating antiquity.
The black glossy finish is created by coating the steel surfaces with polished plaster, reflecting the style used throughout both properties. The gloss effect prevents the addition of too much ‘gloom’ and in fact adds elegance. The contrast of both white oak and glossy black provides a great eye-catching feature for both rooms.
