The Boyne Terrace Project

A typical balcony to a modern town house. When we construct the roofs for our canopies, we roll steel ribs to form the underside of the roof profile on to which we overlay with zinc coated sheet, and then add the dummy top ribs.

From this point we offer two finishes to the roof. One is the lead and all the traditional flashings which comes at a much higher price than the second option, which is to paint the zinc roof with a lead-coloured paint. Lead and lead work is expensive, and if you cannot justify the cost the painted version is a cost-effective alternative, with very little loss of quality.
