The Hall Barn Project

Demax were contacted directly by the client to supply two feature staircases in this contemporary new build property in Peldon, Essex. The project was at an advanced stage when Demax were appointed and a completion date was critical. The entire process was complete in six weeks, from quotation to installation!

Stainless steel laser cut strings, triple laminated, toughened glass treads and 15mm clear toughened glass balustrade complete the specification. The glazed walkway was installed onto existing structural steel, which Demax also clad with stainless steel flashings.

This project reinforced our belief in 3D modelling and credit should be given to our designer, who in a very short time produced a complex set of drawings to an antonishing degree of accuracy.
