The Paris Project
On occasion, Demax are comissioned to supply and install staircases for properties outside the United Kingdom. This popular modern staircase was delivered and installed in the heart of Paris, France. Although this is a short flight from the UK, the logistics were challenging. At times it felt as though it might have been easier supplying to Paris, Illinois. The language barrier would not have been a problem!
The metal carcass is clad in American Black Walnut and utilises 15mm clear toughened glass as a balustrade.
The city of love had lost some of its charm by the end of this project. Our installers were pleased to be back in England where a half pint of lager costs under £6............
