Whilst we work with a number of specialist home builders, we also collaborate with a number of self builds helping someone to create something that bit special. Self Builds of varying degrees are becoming more and more popular every year, and with the guidance of a good architect, can be much easier than you think. Lower Brook Barn is one such self build which is rather special and as such has caught the eyes of judges for the upcoming Home Building Awards by the Daily Telegraph.
Lower Brook Barn in Cheshire is a wonderful converted barn which maintains traditional features whilst being incredibly contemporary inside. Demax designed, built and installed the glass staircase with solid oak treads to be placed inside a wonderful glass lightwell with a landing glass balustrade to match. The sheer simplicity is the staircases strongest point, with true floating stairs.
